Render SVG without file output

Is there any way to read an SVG file and convert it directly to a WPF control in C# code without outputting it to a file? All the tutorials, as far as I can tell, output to a file and then read from it.

The converters (base class SvgConverter) only have options SaveXaml (default true) and SaveZaml (default false) to save to files.

See the Drawing property of your choice converter to get the DrawingGroup object, which is the actual result of the conversion
that is later saved to the file.

Also, see the SvgCanvas and SvgViewBox for controls using the converters to display the output.
Or the ImageSvgConverter, which creates bitmap image from the conversion.
