Render dynamically generated SVG

I have dynamically generated SVG code (as strings) and I want to display it using WPF. So far I did not find a way to do that without writing the SVG to a temporary file. Is there a possibility to directly render in-memory SVG? If so, how would I do it (I am flexible wrt using SvgCanvas, SvgViewbox or converters)?

Thanks in advance,
